Terms & Conditions

1) Virtual Office Service, entitles the client to use the Redshift Business Services address, as specified in this Agreement, as their official address to receive mail and for other business correspondence. Also provide a local telephone number with personalized call answering service.

2) The Client is not permitted to use the address of the designated Centre as their registered office address unless permitted by law and (if relevant) local compliance rules.

3) The Client Company and its authorized users shall forthwith inform the center in writing, if the facility granted by the company to an individual in the company is withdrawn for any reason whatsoever. The company shall be liable for all charges incurred for the use of Redshift services.

4) The Client Company shall not carry on any business or activity, which could be construed as illegal, defamatory, immoral or obscene and agrees not to use the address of Redshift whether directly or indirectly for any such purpose or purposes.

5) Receipt by Redshift of duly completed application form and the appropriate Refundable Security Deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of these terms by the Client Company and of any separate agreement.

6) The Client Company agrees that it is severely liable for payment of all outstanding dues in excess of any deposits. The Client Company authorizes Redshift to contact its bankers or any other sources to obtain any further information that may be required.

7) The Refundable Security Deposit is not adjustable against dues and will be refunded to the member immediately on receipt of all outstanding dues. Complete Security Deposit will be refunded only after the client gives us the TDS certificate. We shall hold the amount equivalent to the TDS amount until we get the certificate.

8) In the event of the Client Company vacating or extending its tenure with Redshift, it will have to communicate the same in writing at least 60 days in advance. Should no information regarding extension be given to the Centre Redshift would deem the agreement of contract as renewed and extended.

9) The Client Company agrees to prevent from its side any defamation, monetary losses, damages etc and if it occurs it agrees to compensate for the same. Any damage to furniture in the form of scratches due to use of cutters or sharp instruments or marks with pen will be treated as disfigurement of centre property and will be charged at cost price of the same. Should the same be noted at the time of occupancy by the client please inform the ops team to avoid further confusion.

10) Every effort will be made to provide high standards of efficiency. However, the management would not be liable for loss, damages or injury caused on account of non-availability of service at the required time. Should the mentioned service not be available between office hours (10am to 6 pm) for 3 consecutive days or more, then the management will agreed to have rent abated in proportion to the period of time such services are not available to the client company. The amount for which will be decided in consultation with Redshift Business Centre Management.

11) The normal working is from 0800 Hrs till 2000 Hrs. Every effort will be made to provide a secure environment. However, Redshift is not responsible for any cash, jewelry, or any other valuables kept at the center premises.

12) The client may keep such goods or any valuables at his/her entire risk and the center does not under any circumstances undertake to compensate the Client in case of loss arising out of theft or any other unforeseen circumstances.

13) Redshift Management reserves the right to regulate entry & movement of individuals. For safety and security reasons Redshift does not allow visitors (guests/drivers/personal assistants etc) inside the cabins. Should you require meeting your visitors the break space/lounge and meeting rooms are available.

14) The Client Company agrees that it will not hire any employee of Redshift or its clients on the premises during the tenure of the agreement, or in the event of doing so it will pay Redshift an amount equivalent to the cost of hiring and training a replacement, or an equivalent to 6 months salary of the concerned Redshift employee, which ever is greater.

15) Payments towards Monthly Service Bills and rental should be made within 15 days of submission of the bill. Any delay will attract delayed payment processing.

16) The Business Center, including the furniture, fixture, cabinets’ etc is in complete possession and control of the management. Clients have the right to use them only upon payment of the prescribed service charges.

17) The Clients are allowed to bring their laptops.

18) All Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon. The Client Company agrees to pay costs of collection of dues, legal expenses and interest charges in the event of legal action being initiated.
